You can see all information relating to your current subscription customers via the Subscription Manager tab on your dashboard.

From here, you are able to see all of the following information:

• The total number of active subscribers
• The number of visits to the Magic Cart
• The subscription actions taken by your customers (frequency changes, date changes and swaps) and;
• The amount/percentage of decreased subscription cancellations as a result

You will also be able to see, in more detail, the changes your customers have made to their individual subscriptions:

Notes

• Subscription management is currently on available on Recharge (either the legacy version or unified checkout version).
• A log of any changes made to a subscription will also be displayed in Recharge displaying the change "via API" and our website address.
